The Brief

Moringa-O2 already had a steady fanbase. Moms and dads would consistently share good reviews as comments and even message to ask if they could be endorsers.

The brand wanted us to find a way to nurture this loyal community and strengthen their love for the brand even more.

Our Solution

Since the brand was big on family hair care, we turned customers into Fambassadors. We gathered a number of Moringa-O2 moms and dads and gave them the opportunity to become the brand’s VIPs.

We hosted family-centric workshops, offered content creation lessons, rewarded them with special gifts, and even made them the highlight of our campaign’s photo & video materials.
