In partnership with MSMEs, we found a way for Unilever to reach customers amidst lockdowns.

The Brief

Unilever Philippines has regular supermarket sampling activities to introduce products to different communities.

When this had to stop because of the lockdown restrictions, they turned to us to come up with a safe solution to continue their efforts.

Our Solution

Our idea was to partner up with the MSMEs that mushroomed during the pandemic. Through the USupport program we built, we got these small businesses to be our new channel to reach our target audiences. 

We sent them samples to give out while they earned extra credibility for being recognized by a multinational brand, and positive reviews for giving extra freebies to their customers.
